For some of us, having lots of information is really helpful. For some of us it isn't. Please take a little bit of time to think about how much news you're looking at and how it's making you feel before hoovering up all of the articles in this thread.
For me, I quite like having a little read about stuff in the news that is relevant to me because sometimes it's nice to know that you're not alone in feeling how you're feeling. It's also good to get an understanding of things that might be relevant to how those that you're supporting might be feeling. That said though, I am super cautious not to overdo it and to balance it out with looking at pictures of puppies because otherwise it can be overwhelming!
